A data miner found two lines of dialogue in Total War: Warhammer 3 in which they are referenced to Chaos Dwarves. This one was found among the many voice-tracks of the game. The discovery seems to suggest that Chaos Dwarves will return to Total War: Warhammer Three at some point in the near future.
The voice track was uploaded to YouTube by a man calling a Mamba King. This video contains two other hidden Total War files that I have found in the Chaos Dwarfs, also known as the Dawi-Zharr. Enjoy!

The first line of dialogue is based on what the advisor said after the encounter with a major faction. The second resembles what the advisor says after you defeat an enemy army.
In a new game, the Chaos Dwarves were said to be coming to Total War: Warhammer 3. While they are, though, slaves, these are the richest land, words, occupied by black orcs. Chaos Dwarves would be the face of the game into the future. Mamba King’s discovery about their suspicions.
Chaos dwarves will remain a playable faction unclear, but the developer behind Total War: Warhammer 3 has a reputation for all kinds of free games. When the entry into the entire war series, Three Kingdoms, received several playable factions on its launch following the May 23, 2019.
