As mentioned, there was a five-week quest for “Destroy Structures with a Light Machine Gun.” However, at the time of writing the Light Machine Gun is still vaulted and has not been added to Fortnite Battle Royale. However, the quest is likely a sign that the Light Machine Gun will be added to Fortnite sometime this season.
However, if you want to get some practice with the Light Machine Gun, it will eventually be found in the Universe, the weapon can be found in Creative Mode in Epic and Rare rarities.
The rarities are the only type of Light Machine Gun you can find, so you can expect a little hard to find. As far as ammo type you can expect, the Light Machine Gun will use the same ammo as the assault rifle category.
The Light Machine Gun was a force to be reckoned with in previous seasons as well as the damage and fire rate allowed for the weapon to be destroyed. Fortnite players who now stick to the Zero Build modes will have the added cover without being particularly careful.
