To Visit the Core of a Pull Out, You First Whittle Down its Health with Basic Attacks. As you do so, you should notice a prompt showing up in the middle of letting the enemy know you can pull out their core by holding L2. You can take damage while other enemies do this, so be careful. Cores help heal health so it’s beneficial to pull them out.
As alluded to earlier, the Visitors can still be killed without being killed, but you will get the additional benefit of healing from their core.
