The period we face, including this year and the next, will see 3 TV series inspired by the characters of DC Comics arrive on our screens, the third of which was officially announced in the last few hours: Gotham Knights.
For a few months there have been rumors of how this new live action series could be one of the potential pilots for the upcoming season, approaching the two prequels of two respective TV series (Walker: Independence for Walker and The Winchesters for Supernatural). Then comes the green light, along with the return of the seasons of The Flash And Superman & Lois.
The news is not too much to take lightly, but rather as a welcome confirmation, given that in recent periods other series inspired by the DC world have not had the same luck and have been canceled, such as Batwoman, Naomi and Legends of Tomorrow.
The official TV series of Gotham Knights will be produced by Warner Bros. Television And Berlanti Productions, as with the other DC-inspired TV series that aired on The CW. At the writing of this, we find Chad Fiveashm, James Stoteraux and Natalie Abrams, where the first two joined the Berlanti production team.
In Gotham Knights, after the murder of Bruce Wayne his rebellious adopted son decides to forge an unusual alliance with the children of Batman’s enemies, in a Gotham that, without the Dark Knight to guard and watch over it, has never been so dangerous.
Ghotham Knights’ TV series will see Oscar Morgan as Turner Hayes, Anna Lore as Stephanie Brown, Olivia Rose Keegan as Duela Dent, Navia Robinson as Carrie Kelley, Fallon Smythe as Harper Row, Tyler DiChiara as Cullen Row, and Misha Collins as Harvey Dent .
We look forward to further details on the series.
