Now let’s get the bad news out of the way first. Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl in Arceus cheap. Unlike other legendary and mythical Pokemon that simply ask you to get an item off Mystery Gift, go to a place and then get your teammate, Arceus is going to be a bit of a grind.
You’ll need the first purchase and beat Pokemon Legends for Arceus Nintendo Switch complete with all the major missions. You’ll also need to beat Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl, the Hall of Fame, and have your National Dex.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to find the Azure Flute in your room. Take the Azure Flute to the top of Mt. Spear Pillar at Coronet, and Arceus will be there and ready to battle. Save before the fight and be ready to capture it!

- Go to the Spear Pillar at the peak of Mt. Battle and Capture Arceus to Coronet
