Minecraft players spend 400 hours building Mond‌stadt of Genshine Impact at a 1: 1 scale

Members of the Skyblock Squad of the German Minecraft Build Group spent a total of 400 hours scouring the Genshine Impact city of Mondstadt on a 1: 1 scale. Well, of course, because Minecraft has “limited ways to get the details in your builds”, it’s on a much larger 1: 1.15 scale. Work began in August, so those hours were extended to five months of work.

The build is very beautiful and some important buildings have complete interiors to boot. You can scroll down to watch the Timelapse video of the structure or check out more images at Planet Minecraft, where you can also download the map to explore for yourself.

This is not the first time we’ve seen Genshine Impact Rebuild in Minecraft. Back in November, we were thrilled to see Albedo’s Campsite recreated with commitment – it’s still an amazing creation, but now we are a little unimpressed as we see the whole of the recreated Mondstadt in block-builder.
