This morning, tipster Evan Blass shared what an official Galaxy S22 Ultra render looks like (via Twitter). From the looks of it, the phone is a Galaxy Note 20 successor with some Galaxy S 21 Ultra gen features.

The phone has flat sides, a large screen, and an S Pen slot. The back camera array of the Galaxy S21 Ultra has one difference. Rather than being housed inside a huge camera module, the camera housing will be separate this time around. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to come in the same bronze (or even better rose gold) color as its predecessors.

Additionally, there are more colors in store. A recent leak revealed that the phone will come in a dark color, as shown by Blass’ renders.

A Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset will be used for the phone. Some regions across the world may also be able to get the Exynos 2200 chipset (launching on January 11). The company probably will participate in a 120Hz AMOLED LTPO display with 12GB of RAM and possibly 1TB of storage. As with the Galaxy S22, the Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to have a 200MP main camera. It will also have a large battery that can be charged quickly, along with wireless capabilities.

Besides the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+, which will feature some changes over last year’s model. In early 2022, it is expected that the Galaxy S22 series will launch, probably in January or February (February 8 is rumored).

The best thing to do is wait for Samsung to reveal more details since no details have been announced yet. All updates will be provided to you over the next few weeks, so stay tuned.
