Square Enix continues to show various changes available in the Chronocross remaster, and the latest has to do with visual modes. Players will be able to determine how the RPG looks. There will be three options, ranging from the original 4:3 to ones that force it to larger aspect ratios.
First, here’s a screenshot of the ChronoCross remaster with a visual mode based on the original look.
Next, here’s how the game could look with “zoom-in” options.
Finally, the fourth screenshot seems to show how the stretched, “full mode” Chronocross remaster visual mode changes its appearance.
A lot of the recent screenshots are designed to show how the game could look by selecting different options. For example, you can determine the kinds of character models used. The example screenshots for that offered looks at different versions of Serge and Kid. There are different font options available too. The images showing them off helped show what it would look like to read its script with both of them.
Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreams Edition will come to the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on April 7, 2022. It also includes the Satellaview Radical Dreamers: Le Tresor Interdit game.
