Stranger’s Paradise’s name may make it sound like you’re bound for a Final Fantasy spin-off, but that’s not the case. The game features an online multiplayer mode so you can take on the game’s many missions together. In this guide, we’ll run you through How to play co-op multiplayer in Stranger of Paradise.
Co-Op Multiplayer for Creating a Room
To create a multiplayer session, click on the ‘Multiplayer’ screen from the main menu tab.
Next, select the ‘Create Room’ option. You can now set up the game as you wish, selecting the specific mission you want to play, the playstyle, which player will play, and whether or not you want to set the room for a password.
By setting a password, you can essentially create a private lobby for you and a friend to play in. If you don’t have one, the game will randomly pair you with a multiplayer session with the same parameters as your room’s.
Joining a Multiplayer Game in Stranger of Paradise
To join a multiplayer session, head over to the same ‘Multiplayer’ tab from the main menu and select ‘Find Room.’
You can now choose the settings you want to join, including entering a password for the session.
When you’re finished, select ‘Search’ to begin the matchmaking co-op multiplayer in Stranger of Paradise.
