The AMD RX 6400 Benchmarks: 30% lower than the RX 6500 XT

An AMD Radeon RX 6400 graphics card with a screenmark has been spotted in Geekbench. Many Geekbench Runs by Going to a Single PC System As far as Geekbench has been concerned, take these results seriously. The Radeon RX 6400 was launched with the Radeon RX 6500 XT – but it’s the only way to go. Since it’s not possible to replace the card with a pre-built computer, it can just be slowed down by a different system, the card is locked to just some motherboards, for example. A Ryzen 5 5600X, built-in an ASRock X570 Taichi, with 32GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM, is an AMD Ryzen 5 with five 600X. The system was built with Windows 11 and ran Geekbench v 5.4.1. It’s not worth the ASRock works a bit off the wire, but the results could be from testing the ASRock to a potential model.

If we take the RX 6400 for typical results, we can get some rough performance comparisons. The RX 6400 XT will be a great brother, and not too long ago. The biggest difference between the siblings is that the RX 6400 has 25% fewer cores and a 53 Watt TGP (Total Graphics Power) version, and runs more than the 500MHz slower RX 6500 XT. The RX 6500 xT can go from 2.815 GHz aplomb. So how much slower are these changes? According to the Vulkan score comparisons, the Geekbench database showed that the RX 6400 is only a 7% slower than the RX 6500, which is how much more massive the cut from the silicon is. I will get better. Some other comparisons may be the kind of company the RX 6400 keeps. With their 34,000 yen score, the GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (37,185) almost surpasses the 650-800 yen finish (34,764), while the top two results in the typical 4500-500 XT score. Moving along to OpenCL results, let’s say that the RX 6400 can bring 4272 results in this test (pairing the above leaked OpenCL results). The RX 6500 XT, who did three same comparisons, is 52.287, which is about 30% more expensive than unreleased sibling. The RX 6400 performance in this test (40,272), usually shows AMD GPUs in the best light, gets revenge on the GTX 1060 6GB (36,405) and defeats the GTX 1650 (38,111), with a few chances.

The AMD, the XT 6500 and the XT 6400 were both officially announced in January. Together they are the first to be released on the sub-$ 200 computer market with the RDNA / 2 architecture, but now we can only see the first release of the examples. Large OEMs often have long lead times when it comes to new hardware, and the Radeon RX 6400 looks like it’s going to be out now. It’s unknown if we ever see a retail launch or if the price is the same. Given the much lower TGP, the only real draw for the RX 6400 is that it does not require any external power connectors. That means that it can work on virtually any computer since that time has passed. It’s good news. The worst thing is that any older PC that doesn’t support PCIe 4.0, performance will be high again. In the test, we measured an average of 8% drop when we tested the card on the PCIe 3.0 i9-9900K system, compared to the 3 o’clock baseline. Older computers that don’t have much BAR support, as well. The Radeon RX 6500 XT has been selling all that well, based on the GPU price we track on eBay, so not even scalpers can sell the cards. Cutting performance further 2030% should not attract any more buyers.
