Developed by ArtDink and published by Square Enix, Triangle Strategy is a brand new tactical RPG that’s just released for the Nintendo Switch. The game features the stunning HD-2D graphical style we saw in the Octopath Traveler, and various branching narrative paths with a sprawling story. If you’re wondering How the Triangle Strategy Works in the Quietus System, we’ve got you covered. Here’s what you need to know.
Triangle Strategy Quietus Points Explained
Quietus Points, or QP as they refer to in-game, are not to be confused with TP, which is when your characters execute skills and abilities. Quietus skills are much more powerful than your regular TP skills, but their use in battle is very limited.
Using Quietus Skills
- While in combat, bring up the X button by pressing the menu.
- Select the option that says Quietus.
- Select the skill you want to use, then press A to confirm your selection.
The Triangle Strategy Quietus Skill is the key to choosing the unit you want to use.
Using these skills will take you up to one QP, and you can start the game with only one QP available. These skills are very powerful and could potentially turn things around for you.
Getting More QP
Thankfully, it is possible to get more QP, as well as more Quietus skills as you progress through the game.
When you’re at your Encampment, speak with the Archibald, otherwise known as the Tradepost NPC before you recruit him to your roster, and choose the Tradepost option.
He’ll sell you new Quietus skills and QP slots in exchange for Kudos, which are earned by completing battles.
You’ll want to check in with him every chapter of the year, and he’ll refresh his stock and have more items for sale.
That’s all you need to know about how Triangle Strategy Quietus skills work. Be sure to search Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
