Ranked games are the core of the Valorant experience, and when so naturally, they are not available to play, everyone is wondering Why the competitive Valorant queue is disabled. Here’s what we know about the issue, which is the game’s competitive mode of playing against anybody currently preventing it.
Why Are Competitive Valorant Queues Disabled? Answered
Riot Games’ support of Valorant since its 2020 launch has been stellar, but occasionally the development team encounters a new patch of unexpected issues. That particular bug is causing some serious voice chat issues.
If you look at the menu screen of the top-left-hand corner, try and enter a competitive lobby, you will actually see a reference to the voice chat issue. In some cases, the team chat can be heard across the server, which is a major problem that makes competitive play impossible.
These bugs turned out to be trickier than we thought, so we’re making the call to disable competitive queues until now we can get in a fix, hopefully by tomorrow. 🤞 https://t.co/Cpcv4ES1f3
